Service Description

No shoes on the Dojo mats please, bare feet or non-slip socks allowed which are available to buy in our shop if you have none of your own. for health and safety reasons we advise wearing mma/boxing gloves or wraps for bag & pad work which are available to buy from our shop. Please feel free to speak to our instructors if you have any questions or concerns about anything we are here to help. Join up and become a Club member to secure a regular spot in class and get Free access to our online training area.
