No shoes on the Dojo mats please, bare feet or non-slip socks allowed which are available to buy in our shop if you have none of your own. Please feel free to speak to our instructors if you have any questions or concerns about anything we are here to help. Join up and become a Club member to secure a regular spot in class and get Free access to our online training area.
